The chocolatey, nutty flavors of this coffee originate from its high-altitude home deep in the Inca heartland. This Fairtrade Organic & Soil Association-certified coffee is cultivated in the Chanchamayo Province of Peru at 1,400m above sea level. Arabica Caturra and Typica varieties are grown in accordance with Washed Process standards, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
